▶ Tour Booking Conditions

1.      To apply for tours, please contact OCEANS’12 MTS/IEEE Yeosu secretariat no later than May 11, 2012.

2.      Your tour reservation will be completed upon receipt of your payment.

3.      Tours are subject to change or cancel if the number of participants fails to reach a set minimum.

4.      In case of cancellation, the OCEANS’12 MTS/IEEE Yeosu secretariat will contact you.

5.      Any requests for changes or cancellations should be made by e-mail at reg@oceans12mtsieeeyeosu.org  or fax to the OCEANS’12 MTS/IEEE Yeosu secretariat at +82-2-6000-2501

6.      For bank transfer, the remittance charge must be paid by the participant.

▶ Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.   Cancellation 7 days before the scheduled date: 20% penalty on the cost of tour

2.   Cancellation 2 days before the scheduled date: 50% penalty on the cost of tour

3.   Cancellation on the day of the tour: No refund.
